Previously Paula worked at Shell and had a varied international career which included positions such as VP for Innovation and Business Development, and Head of Strategy and Portfolio for Gas and Power at Shell International. She is passionate about bringing innovation and sustainability to the forefront of business and it is at her best when given a wide open remit and when developing cohesive highly performing teams.
